SOS Marine is an Australian owned company with over 20 years expertise in design and manufacture of a wide range of custom engineered safety and survival products for a diversified range of projects and operational requirements, including water rescue and high risk marine tactical situations.

Our company has a reputation for creating, developing and manufacturing the highest quality products for the Military Forces, Law Enforcement, and Coastal Patrol, Search & Rescue Services, Mining and Construction Companies.

The business originally developed from a start-up retail operation in Sydney. SOS Marine fitted out over 90% of Australia’s 18-footer sailing fleet, plus two of the world’s maxi- racing class yachts. The company quickly expanded to a world class supplier of marine accredited safety and protective equipment.

Our expertise has meant that the company has been able to meet large contracts, such as a $3 million to supply large field packs for the Australian Army.

SOS Marine is an accredited recognised supplier to the Australian Defence Force. We have supplied for more than 20 years, and currently hold the period contract with the Royal Australian Navy for the supply of Inflatable Lifejackets.

We have also supplied Defence products to seven Navies around the world including 10,000 Life Jackets to the Gulf Region Defence Forces.
